Tom serves as a Senior Operating Partner with BeaconHead. Tom has held CEO and Chairman roles across a range of sub-sectors including healthcare services, financial technology services, payments processing, data security, and insurance services. His mandates have encompassed businesses operating across the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia, giving him exposure to the operational, regulatory, and commercial dynamics of both US and multinational enterprises. A defining feature of his leadership is the ability to drive business performance through a disciplined and repeatable approach to building the capabilities required for growth and durable value creation.

Tom has driven exceptional returns for shareholders as CEO of Card Establishment Services (sold to First Data Corporation), MedE America (sold to WebEx), Ruesch International (sold to Travelex), and GlobalCollect (sold to Ingenico). He has also served as Executive Chairman of Corporate Risk Holdings, Bluefin Payment Systems, Promedica24 and a member of the Board of Directors of Tandym.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration degree from San Francisco State University, and was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
